MBA@UCDavis Refund Policy
MBA@UCDavis students who withdraw from a course prior to completion of the 11-week term will have their tuition refunded according to the following schedule:

50+ calendar days | 0% refund |
Oregon
Under OAR § 583-030-0035(18)(c), Oregon residents enrolled in MBA@UCDavis who withdraw from a course are eligible for a partial refund through the middle week of the term. Refunds are to be based on unused instructional time and prorated on a weekly basis. The MBA@UCDavis refund policy above satisfies this statutory requirement.
Maryland
Under COMAR § 13b.05.01.10, Maryland residents enrolled in MBA@UCDavis who withdraw from a course are eligible for a partial refund through the first 60% of the term. The MBA@UCDavis refund policy above satisfies this statutory requirement.
