Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition

Tuition for the online Master of Management program for the 2025–26 academic year is estimated to be $1,440 per unit, with a total of 36 units. The total estimated tuition is $51,840. Course fees are set at the time of enrollment and remain fixed for your Master of Management studies. Please note that tuition and fees are subject to increase at the start of each academic year. A $1,000 deposit, which will be applied to your first quarter tuition, is required upon enrollment.

Please note that tuition does not include out-of-pocket expenses such as books, additional course materials or other fees. Learners can expect a moderate tuition increase each year.

There are a number of resources that may be available to help you finance your degree program. Resources may include federal tuition assistance, private loans, employer tuition assistance, scholarships and veteran benefits.

Tuition includes student fees, technology platform licensing and all support services.

Financial Aid

U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for federal student aid programs, which include student loans. We encourage you to apply for financial aid while applying for admission.

The application process starts by filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and, for residents of California, the California Dream Act Application. The federal school code for UC Davis is 001313.

For step-by-step instructions on how to apply for financial assistance, download our Financial Aid Checklist.

UC Davis scholarships

Qualified applicants are eligible for scholarships. Once you begin the application process, your Enrollment Specialist will provide you with further information based on your admissions application.

Native American Applicants

The UC Native American Opportunity Plan (NAOP) provides financial aid support for California students enrolled in state-supported programs who are also enrolled in federally recognized Native American, American Indian and Alaska Native tribes. The online Master of Management program is not a state-supported program; however, the Graduate School of Management has committed to provide an equivalent level of financial aid to students in the online Master of Management program.

Online Master of Management students may be eligible to receive a scholarship allocated over the course of their program. Note that the NAOP provides a guaranteed minimum of financial aid. Financial awards will not be added if a student has an existing scholarship package that exceeds the NAOP commitment. Students must submit the eligibility affidavit and documentation on the UC Davis Financial Aid and Scholarships website to confirm eligibility. For more information and eligibility requirements, please speak with your Enrollment Specialist.

Summer Institute for Emerging Managers and Leaders (SIEML) Program Alumni Applicants

SIEML alumni who have completed the program within the past seven years are eligible for this award if they are admitted into the UC Davis Master of Management program. Total Master of Management tuition and fees* will be covered for the online Master of Management program for SIEML alumni. Credit will be implemented over the course of the program. There is no application process.

If you are an SIEML graduate, contact your Enrollment Specialist, who will work with the admissions committee to verify your eligibility. If admitted, a scholarship award letter will be sent to you along with your online Master of Management offer letter. Financial awards will not be added if a student has an existing scholarship package that exceeds the SIEML commitment.
